Dessert Plates – Manufacture Théodore Haviland – Limoges, c. 1910

Set of eleven shallow dessert plates in Limoges porcelain, made by the Théodore Haviland manufactory.

Slightly octagonal in shape with delicately scalloped edges, they are crafted in beautiful ivory-white porcelain, enhanced by a fine relief decoration of small fluted details along the rim. Their size, midway between a dessert plate and a small bowl, makes them particularly suited to serving desserts, fruit, starters or small preparations. An elegant and understated set, representative of Théodore Haviland’s production in the early 20th century.

Good condition. A few small firing marks and very slight signs of use consistent with age.
