Round soup tureen, "Louvre" pattern – Bernardaud

Covered tureen on a pedestal, produced by Bernardaud (Louvre model, made in the second half of the 20th century).

This piece is distinguished by an entirely embossed decoration, without added color, inspired by the classical repertoire. The body is adorned with a frieze of beaded medallions, while the lid features a delicate, subtly embossed foliage decoration. The Ionic-inspired scroll handles and the pedestal emphasize the architectural elegance of this emblematic model from the manufacturer.

Made of glazed hard porcelain, this tureen highlights the purity of white and the subtle play of light on the raised patterns. It fits equally well with a classic table setting or a contemporary interior.
