Saucers – Manufacture William Guérin – Limoges, Early 20th C.

Set of 6 Limoges porcelain saucers, made by the prestigious William Guérin factory at the very beginning of the 20th century.

Made of white porcelain with a brilliant glaze, they feature a delicate raised decoration of palmette and rocaille motifs around the rim, highlighting the scalloped shape of the pieces.

Their size and presentation make them particularly versatile: originally designed as saucers, they can also be used today to present mignardises, petit fours, biscuits, chocolates, mochi, scones or other sweets during tea or coffee.

Each piece bears the mark of the William Guérin, Limoges, France factory on the reverse. The William Guérin factory, founded in Limoges in the 19th century, produced porcelain until the closure of the factory in 1932.

A refined, sober and timeless set, combining the expertise of Limoges porcelain with a particularly elegant relief decoration.

Good overall condition; some slight signs of use and firing marks may be visible given the age of the pieces. No chips or cracks.
