Three-Piece Set in Ivory Glazed Porcelain – Manufacture Raynaud – Limoges, Late 20th Century

Set of three Limoges porcelain pieces made by Manufacture Raynaud, comprising a large pitcher, a milk jug and a creamer.

Made of white porcelain covered with an ivory glaze, the three pieces feature a luminous, glossy surface. Their relief decoration, moulded directly into the porcelain, consists of stylised vertical motifs that emphasise the gently curved shapes of the pieces.

The generously rounded silhouettes are complemented by elegantly shaped pouring spouts and handles with soft, slightly angular lines. The bases are accented by small circular feet, giving the set a refined presence.

With their understated character, fine craftsmanship and tone-on-tone relief decoration, these pieces reflect Manufacture Raynaud’s approach to revisiting classical forms during the second half of the 20th century.

An elegant set that is both decorative and functional, particularly suited to complementing a service or creating a refined table display.

Good overall condition, with a few minor glazing irregularities related to the manufacturing process. In some areas, the ivory glaze is slightly less covering. These subtle, localised variations do not affect the integrity or usability of the pieces and blend naturally into their overall appearance.
