Description

Set of six soup plates in Limoges porcelain by Manufacture Raynaud, from the Minéral collection designed by Thierry Cheyrou.

This collection features decoration inspired by the forms and movements found in nature. Raynaud describes the Minéral pattern as an engraving drawn from the natural world, rendered in relief on porcelain.

These plates display an interesting contrast of materials and finishes. The interior is divided into two distinct areas: the upper rim is left smooth and matte in porcelain bisque, while the bowl, which rises slightly up the sides, features a delicate relief pattern of radiating ridges. The raised decoration creates a subtle interplay of light and texture across the surface.

By contrast, all exterior surfaces are coated with a glossy white glaze, giving the form a perfectly smooth and luminous finish.

These items come from a manufacturer’s clearance. They were downgraded to second quality when released by the manufacturer. They have been preserved in their original condition and may show minor characteristics or irregularities associated with their classification, but remain new and have no apparent defects.
