Coffee Pot – Limoges Porcelain – Mid-20th Century

White glazed porcelain coffee pot, produced in Limoges, probably between 1935 and 1955.

With its elegant proportions and deliberately understated decoration, this piece reflects a taste for refined simplicity. The slightly faceted body extends into a slender spout and a finely curved handle, while the domed lid is topped with a sculpted finial in the form of a double volute. The delicately scalloped rim adds a subtle touch of refinement.

Although it bears no manufactory mark, this coffee pot nevertheless reflects the savoir-faire of Limoges workshops of the period. Its timeless silhouette allows it to be enjoyed both for its original purpose and as a beautiful decorative object.

Condition: very good condition. No chips, hairline cracks, or restoration observed.
