Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the Printemps Tardif website between the company Printemps Tardif and any person making a purchase via the online store.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

Printemps Tardif offers a selection of chosen objects, mainly porcelain, glassware, and tableware.

Some of the pieces offered are antique, vintage, or from manufacturer clearouts. Each object is carefully checked before being put on sale.

Photographs and descriptions are made with the greatest care to present the products as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may, however, appear depending on the screens used.

4. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).

Delivery fees are indicated before final order validation.

Printemps Tardif reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.

5. Order

Any order is considered final after payment validation.

A confirmation is sent by email to the address provided during the order process.

Printemps Tardif reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a previous dispute or presumed fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made by the payment methods offered on the site during the order.

Transactions are secured by the payment providers used by Shopify.

Printemps Tardif never has access to its customers' bank details.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared with the greatest care.

Unless otherwise indicated, they are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery times are indicative and depend exclusively on the carrier.

Transport risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery.

8. Receipt of the order

The customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt.

In case of damaged packaging or damaged product, it is recommended to take photographs before opening and to contact Printemps Tardif as soon as possible.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and carefully packaged.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to Printemps Tardif.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned items.

10. Legal guarantees

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees provided for in articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.

11. Liability

Printemps Tardif cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold or from a case of force majeure.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations.

They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, photographs, illustrations, visual identity, logo, and graphics) is protected by the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

14. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any consumer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator to attempt to resolve a dispute with Printemps Tardif.

The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided upon the company's affiliation with an approved mediation body.

15. Force majeure

Printemps Tardif cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations when it results from a force majeure event as defined by French law.
